MacPorts - folderify Portfile #43

I have submitted a PR found here https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/7925 to add folderify to MacPorts.

I've added @lgarron as a co-maintainer, but I just wanted to confirm whether or not you want this position (i.e. update version number/checksums and review changes). I am more than happy to maintain it by myself or instead add you as the sole maintainer if you want.

So as to progress with the PR, I've assumed that you do not want to maintain the portfile. I'll update it every time you release a new version.
