Update installation instructions #44

After a long time in the making, folderify is in both Homebrew and MacPorts. As well as adding bash syntax highlighting, I thought I'd update the installation instructions accordingly.

Sorry for taking a while to get this this. This PR includes some good ideas, and some thing I wanted to do a bit differently. I've adapted that into 8e0517d4cd40e807440357fe5e14328432516870; hope that's alright!
