Ordering of sequences in altair blocks plot

The order is currently calculated based on pairwise Jaccard index not taking length of blocks into account.

Different options for ordering would be an improvement, and possibly plotting the clustering dendrogram that the order is taken from too.

Possible alternative orders:

• Levenshtein distance (edit distance with block alphabet)
• User-specified list
• Using metadata field
