Dear,1) Dataset is always a critical problem in pansharpening. Thus, we just release a public pansharpening datasets for colleges. I hope these datasets can help you. About your other questions, the open links are generally not friend to ours, sometimes they are broken, and sometimes they are transferred to other company (e.g., digitalglobe is bought by Marx, thus cannot find the original dataset links) and involved copyright issues.2) Also, you may find our recent DLPan-Toolbox.
