When I convert GT from the test data you provided to TIFF format, the following happens, LMS and PAN are normal 1680878165534

On the left is the converted GT.

You may not have distinguished between the GT and PAN, and took the PAN as the GT image

This is the problem I had when converting the test data you provided directly to TIFF format, with pan on the left and gt on the right image
