Better settings menu

The settings menu right now barely works, and is not using the new view system.

• [x] Migrate settings to the new view system
• [x] Notification settings (see #32 )
• [x] Background settings
• [x] Theme settings
• [x] Day settings
• [x] An actual confirm and cancel button
