Change Planck const short forms to subscript? #3

I'm all in favour of using Unicode to its fullest (with the possible exception of emojis), but last I looked Unicode didn't have upper-case subscripts.

^^ these look fine to me as an additional symbols (I would vote to keep the ascii versions due to typability)

BUT it is an lc 'p' and this is a pragmatic stopgap until Unicode adds subscript uc chars
