Add config

This is a workaround for fix #21, and a bonus for someone using Lightpad with TV like me. Still have some problems to fix:

• The config file doesn't created when install, can't figure out how to do it, have to copy it manually.
• The search bar sizes are still fixed values, anything > 240 can make the whole layout freaked out.
• Intend to add adjustable search bar font size, adaptive grid based on icon size
