Request for CD32 Support #20

@Chips-fr very impressed with many of the fix ups that you have done to improve this Core! I noticed that you had CD32 working on the rpi fork. I would personally love to see CD32 support on this branch, as well. I am not sure if anything issue or conflict wise has kept it from being added up to this point?

The libretro core in master of https://github.com/Chips-fr/uae4arm-rpi support CD32. The current repo is an older source code base without CD32, it's mainly maintained since it's the only one supporting vita... so except for vita the above should be used.
