Goal: Automatically name postcards for eBay listing based on scanned images

Stages of project

1. Use Ebay Finding API and Trading API to retrieve item ID's and PictureURL Links respectively. (Done)
2. Use Hough Circle Transform to detect circles on postcard backs in order to read date information from there. (In progress, see current issues)
3. Use detected circles to read digits (not started)
4. Use text information on (not started)
