Many pandas FutureWarnings #132

I just noticed the following FutureWarning:

/liesel/liesel/goose/summary_m.py:356: FutureWarning: The behavior of array concatenation with empty entries is deprecated. In a future version, this will no longer exclude empty items when determining the result dtype. To retain the old behavior, exclude the empty entries before the concat operation.

Actually, there seem to be a lot of FutureWarnings issue by pandas at the moment. Printing by using gs.plot_param() and highly visible in our README.

Updating seaborn is enough to fix it. Should I update the setup.cfg file?
