BDS#213/214/220 small fixes

Notifications:

• colors for links with target _blank is fixed (no change needed)
• vertical alignement of icon and text is fixed (no change needed)
• change .notification__text to .notification__content

Links:

• remove external link icon for .btn & .btn--link links alreaddy having an icon. (no change needed)

Search:

• remove "10 von" from the results-list header
