[bug] adding SmoothChanger (and other) components will create a duplicate MA Menu Item #131

When a SmoothChanger component is created (and others), a new "MA menu item" will be created, even though another one was already present. It is not possible to delete the newly generated "MA menu item", you have to transfer the values and delete the old "MA menu item"
