Re-deliver all contact index deadletter

Will schedule a task for reIndexing all the contacts which had failed to be indexed.

For each contact has been failed when indexing => Store a new event dead letter (using org.apache.james.events.EventDeadLetters#store)
Using org.apache.james.webadmin.service.EventDeadLettersService#redeliverGroupEvents for reDeliver
Using Webadmin route for trigger (it exists): https://james.apache.org/server/manage-webadmin.html#Redeliver_group_events

Note:

Not yet to dig to how org.apache.james.events.EventDeadLetters#store method work Maybe we need to create a new Event for DeadLetter or use directly events in https://github.com/linagora/tmail-backend/issues/364
org.apache.james.webadmin.service.EventDeadLettersService#redeliverGroupEvents can assign multi events?

That is a more systematic problem, that we likely lready have for the JMAP event bus.

Maybe we can have a systematic solution in James itself?

I can propose:

Multibinder to get the list of eventbus
and each event bus can list the classes of registered group listeners
Then redelivery can just, for each event find back the eventbus it needs the event to be published on.
