DoD:

[ ] receive notification only on active account
[ ] log in with matrix.org, then tom-dev -> noti is encrypted in both server
[ ] log in with tom-dev, then matrix.org -> noti is encrypted in matrix.org

Share token from dart service to iOS. For multiple account maybe we do not share the right token to native
