Join external Matrix channel #1690

As a user of https://beta.twake.app/

I want to be able to join a public matrix room located onto another Matix server, eg #apache_james-project:gitter.im

I checked with @sherlockvn it is not possible.

Yet Matix is MEANT as a federated protocol. Our UX layer NEED to support this.

(without this support I see no reson to use Twake chat compared to, say, Signal)

[ ] join to a specific room in case user know specific room
- Case 1: user know exactly room alias #abc:homeserver.url
- Case 2: user know only room id: !qUwyzpcOtSeMGIwbcg:homeserver.url

what happen if user only want to see group preview, after that accpet or leave group?
