Build desktop version in linux #1699

Description:

Try build the linux desktop version, and see what the problem we have.

DOD:

[x] Log the issues in linux platform
[x] Try enable the flag PlatformInfos.isDesktop in every place in code

Found issues to fix

[x] click on app bars does not work (to access chat details for example)
[ ] can't decrypt room ?

[x] fix download file: file does not open on click and is not in downloads folder of system

[x] fix download picture: save gallery says "Failed to save file to Downloads"

[ ] try customize the after log in page

[ ] after creating a group, clicking on back button does not display chat list screen
[ ] we can create multiple groups with the same name

Note:

Currently facing an error when opening some files on linux (ubuntu) / pick some files from system:

/snap/core20/current/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0: undefined symbol: __libc_pthread_init, version GLIBC_PRIVATE

[ ] Save files, media to Downloads have incorrect save path (It both create Twake Chat folder - but files is outside)
[ ] enable saveToDownloads for files
[ ] sticker, icon lose color
[ ] up/down in composer lose focus
[ ] icon and name of app is missing
[ ] When send a file in chat, still have to downloads file again
[ ] Images in chat is blur
[ ] Scrolling is too fast in chat
