[UI/UX] Improve upload files #1761

Desc:

When upload files from picker_file then send fake event first and add task to queue
Display cancel token and progress upload
User cancel uploading and remove fake event
If upload failed ⇒ display error and update UI and remove task on queue
When out room and back to room, continue running task pending

DoD:

[x] Display cancel token and progress upload
[x] Update correctly uploading file
[x] Cancel uploading file => remove fake event
[x] Error handling upload fail
