Use QR code to signin in mobile app #1764

Desc:

User sign up in web app
User will have QR code to have easier in Signin in mobile app
Mobile app -> scan QR code -> Automatic sign in to app

idea (not for Twake-Chat):

QR code contains a offline refresh_token
when app detects it, it uses it to get its access_token and id_token

For Twake-Chat, it's a little bit more complex since we need to start the process from Matrix. Anyway we can do something similar:

QR code contains a special access_token
App launches OIDC flow but adds this token inside "code authorization" query
Lemonldap auto-connect user and continue the OIDC flow
