[Bug] Change text when a user has no contacts #1830

  1. Click Create
  2. You see the bee and the text that no results have been found, but no search request has been entered...

Expectation: If a user has no contacts, we should show something like "You don't have any contacts yet"

@tprudentova my bad: this has been merged but is not in the beta version yet (see changelog -> https://github.com/linagora/twake-on-matrix/blob/v2.5.9/CHANGELOG.md ). It will be available in the next release
