Description

Update the Ui for the contacts screen according to the design

[ ] Need to move hover style, divider style, selected background to system design
[ ] Create a dart file style for each component in lib/style
- Hover style: Color, radius border, ...
- Divider style: Color, height, ...
- Item selected: Color, radius border ...
[ ] Apply for contact and chat list
