[BUG][WEB] Remove `Save to Gallery` button in popup menu as it is not working #2065

Env:

Version: 2.6.5
Server: stg.lin-saas.com
Platform: Chrome, Edge(Macbook)

Steps to reproduce

Open a group chat or direct chat
Click to More (horizontal three dots) icon when hover on an image message bubble.
Click to Select in popup menu
Click to More (vertical three dots) icon on top bar chat view.
Click Save to Gallery button

Expectation

Remove Save to Gallery button in popup menu if it only works on mobile
