Reduce Frame rate for Chat List #459

The performance test should be tested in a real device with profile mode
After applying the best practice like Flutter suggests, the performance is worst than the current implementation. The details can be found out more here. https://github.com/linagora/twake-on-matrix/pull/466
So the decision is keep the Chat list as before, and need more time to investigate
