Devstack all-in-one installation with aws/vcloud nova driver

• Based on installed ubuntu server 14.04
• add mitaka repository

  sudo add-apt-repository -y cloud-archive:mitaka
  sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -y dist-upgrade

• Install git

  sudo apt-get install git

• get devstack, mitaka version

  git clone https://github.com/openstack-dev/devstack.git
  cd devstack
  git checkout stable/mitaka
