Unfortunately, it's technically impossible to fix this issue on Instagram. Emjois in bios and comments are simple unicode characters, no wrapped in any HTML element. Therefore, inverting them would mean inverting the text as well, making it unreadable. Sorry for that.

I found a fix, it's been pushed

@theme1256 genius solution! (inverting the span, then inverting back the text color)
