"other actions" key not visible on Google Contacts website

Hello everybody, I apologize if the problem has already been posed but researching I have not found anything about it. On https://contacts.google.com/ when I select a single phone contact I don' t see the menu with the three vertical dots "other actions" next to the edit button, which appears instead on the original page. I assume it is because it does not change color and remains black on black (in fact if I try to click in the same position the context menu opens), I am attaching screenshots to explain better. Can it be solved? Thank you!
