Hi, We're a bit behind where we should be, still having technical issues with github. We've begun cleaning the data and writing some functions. We now have a pretty solid strategy of where we're going and what each person needs to do. We've broken the report down into three sections: Introduction (basic stats, linear regression, permutation tests), Further Analysis (multiple linear regression, we could do with some advice on what goes in here as well), and Prediction Modelling (prediction model on prices based on ML from previous modules). Right now we're all working on specific tasks and sections, we have tailored it to what people are more suited to but this is not compartmentalised and people are working on multiple tasks collaboratively. We have a plan for today and we hope to have something tangible to show tomorrow.
