The lock needs to be prepared and connected to the Virtual Lock Server: https://github.com/bartwr/commonbike-site/blob/feature/testing/zandbak/testbt10/index.js

[x] Charge lock
[x] Remove SIM PIN
[x] Disable SIM voicemail
[x] Send SMS to self via SIM
[x] Put SIM in lock
[x] Send SMS to lock containing 'bladiebla-server-ip'
