Workshop documentation: add comment that the VPS only can be started during workshop #29

Is it correct that the workshop tutorial can only be followed when we are running the server? Good to add a comment about this, in case anyone (like me) wants to see how Lisk.bike works and gets disappointed that the first step fails?

The workshop can be followed by anyone.

During the workshop we did in Berlin, @mosbuma prepared multiple VPS's to test with.

In the workshop description it sais: "Follow the Lisk tutorial Hello World if you want to install the software on your own pc". I removed some references to the VPS, but not all.

We indeed could make this more clear for future workshoppers. Let's keep this issue open.
