Mockup is not ready yet

give the user an option during sign up to select which email he wants to receive. Probably weekly newsletter and daily notifications.
add Manage email preferences screen
regular emails must have unsubscribe link with a unique token (valid 3 months) that will open Manage email preferences screen without need to sign in
