Slack notification support? #129

How about adding support for Slack as a notification target? Should be fairly easy to do, if you know some Perl (I don't, if I did I would submit a pull request :) ).

A PR has been added about a year ago, but this repo seems to be dead...

As has been stated a few times, this repo is in maintenance only mode, at best. Users are strongly encouraged to switch to PlexPy.

Maybe it would be helpful to state this in Readme.md, so it can be seen by casual visitors... I wanted to update my installation some weeks ago and even though I was reading for about half an hour I saw nowhere that this repo is abandoned...

This isn't my repo, although that reminds me I should try to contact @ecleese about officially deprecating plexWatchWeb.
