XML Parsing Failure #91

Seems to fail when parsing XML files occasionally. Special characters might be causing the problem? Haven't been able to determine exactly what causes the issue yet.

Cannot decode string with wide characters at /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/Encode.pm line 176.
