MQTT Support #97

Hi,

I would like to see MQTT (www.mqtt.org) as an notification possibility. I guess one easy way would be to utilize http://search.cpan.org/dist/Net-MQTT/. By adding a configurable host, username, password and MQTT topic one could integrate it with many IoT services.
