Feat/navbar #17

  1. The navbar has been setup using bootstrap 5
  2. All style sheets are connected to project
  3. Increased the min-height of the navbar
  4. The nav links are just dummy links for now
  5. Logo is just as a placeholder for now
  6. Sign in and out works
