USER STORY: View Family tasks #8

As a user, I want to be able to add, view, and tick off family tasks (e.g., remembering to pack my child's lunch).

As a user, I want to see what tasks other members of my family have on their accounts to make sure that there is no repetition or overlap.

As a user, I want to be able to view my family tasks at any point in the day.

As a user, I want each task to have a short description, comment, or note section that will give me more information on the chore or task that I need to do. For example, if the task is "go grocery shopping,"  the notes section may contain a list of all the items that I need to buy. I want to be able to easily view the notes section for each task.
