Incorrect cmavo in 18.11 #429

https://github.com/lojban/cll/blob/21f6bc0d79821208ef2ef6c0135effa5d1f54eab/chapters/18.xml#L2130 English Translation of this in the book is "This rose is 8 out of 10 on the scale of redness.". So, "sofi'upanova'e" should be "bifi'upanova'e"
