Using “la” to make names of gismu that don't exist #449

This is a minor “definition hole” in CLL that I would like to have clarified.

Is it allowed to use “la”, “lai” or “la'i” to make names out of words that are only morphologically gismu but aren't actually defined in Lojban; not in the gismu list? E.g. is “la blaba” a valid name, or is it invalid because “blaba” is not in the gismu list?

A similar question can be asked for fu'ivla and lujvo, of course.

I am guessing the answer is probably “yes”, but that's not the point. The point is that the CLL doesn't say that. I would like the CLL explicitly clarify this point.
