Missing decomposition vignette #3

Hello,

Thank you for this great tool. I am interested in the decomposition analysis described in the "decomposition analysis to identify correlated perturbations" from the preprint. I was able to find an old vignette in https://github.com/longmanz/Mixscale/blob/1a369de66417936778b0b5a00ea20339d7d0e0bf/docs/old/New_Vignette_2024Jan.Rmd

but some of the functions seem to be outdated. Is there a current version of this vignette to reproduce heatmaps like the ones in Figure 3g from the preprint?

Hi, Thank you for using our package! There are some bugs in the decomposition functions and we are still working on fixing them. The bugs are driven by that we updated some column names in some dependent functions, and they no longer match those used by the decomposition functions. Sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully we will fix them soon. I will leave this issue open and post updates here.
