Python2 version #21

Hi Lorenzo and @dom-the-physicist, Here comes the python2 version. Not sure what happened to Dominik's pull request. I reverted some print statement to python2 style.

Thanks guys! Could you also update the README (I think you can directly copy&paste from the python3 branch) and maybe remove the append_to_traj thing I put in System's print_lorenzo_output method? I'm trying to keep the python2 and python3 codebases as aligned as possible.
