In https://github.com/lter/Clim-HydroDB-2.0/blob/master/NTL/NTL17/data/Variables.csv, TimeUnitsName values should be minute, per http://his.cuahsi.org/mastercvreg/edit_cv11.aspx?tbl=Units&id=1125579048.
