Camel case #5

You might want to review the use of Camel case in the lang strings - a few that look inconsistent with normal moodle strings like "Bounce Page", "Panopto Identity Providers" etc.

Thanks Dan, they look odd, but they are matching settings in Panopto interface (including the case) for simplicity of configuring connection. I would keep them as is.
