class repository_panopto_interface in wrong place #7

locallib.php is usually used for inline functions - classes are normally better located in a classes folder within your plugin - (helps with class autoloading too.)

obviously this is just a nice to have and not a blocker for approval in the plugins db! :-)

Hello Dan, you are right, I will leave this ticket open, someone may take this refactoring task.
