Import LAPOR! dataset aspirasi & pengaduan into Elasticsearch

Based on requirement: 4.5.1 Sentence similarity matching (using Elasticsearch) from LAPOR! database

Please import this dataset into Elasticsearch database (https://www.elastic.co/products/elasticsearch) with appropriate modeling / text indexing.

The objective is:

• you can enter an input sentence, e.g. "banyak sampah bau di jelambar, tolong dibersihkan!" and it will score the documents based on similarity, with document 863 (tracking ID 216750) having the best score (see https://www.lapor.go.id/id/216750/)
