It looks like this is likely an issue with Open3D on the host. What OS are you running? Looks like Windows, but I can't immediately tell which version.

yes, is windows11 and python3.8.10

Hi @ketai-dhr , it looks like open3d module wasn't installed properly. Could you check this solution?
