Changes

ROS distro: Humble List of changes:

Added function addExposureOffset in ImageConverter
Add option as a parameter in depthai_ros_driver
Minor updates related to OAK-D-LR
Stereo sockets can now be overwritten

Testing

Hardware used: OAK-D Depthai library version: 2.20.0

Add screenshots/gifs/videos from RVIZ or other visualizers demonstrating the effect of the changes when applicable.
