What is the meaning of the data in the labels file #1

As you said, "labels.csv - Contains pairs of points of correspondance between orthomosaics and images in 'data' folder."

I can see that each row of data in the csv file corresponds to a picture, but what does each row of data mean, what does the order mean, and why some are integers and some are floating-point numbers?
