[games-kit] Switch `media-libs/zmusic` autogen from `releases` to `tags`, following upstream #180

Upstream gzdoom now depends on zmusic-1.1.14 that is available from Github as a tag but not a release, so the autogen didn't pick it up. We should switch the github.query value in the autogen.yaml to tags. Our version (1.1.3) is quite old now, so it seems upstream changed some time ago.
