Move /data/cacao to /data/cacao-rtc, update symlink, update instrument_backup_sync #126

Because of reasons (NFS and a lack of central directory for uid/gid mapping) only /data is exported. the backup script needs to look for a cacao folder in a predictable location.

I think this is done, or at least obsolete, right?
