This gem will install as a daemon and can be used to connect to a graphite and a carbon backend. It will not only post the data for the metrics but also create graphs into graphite, by means of a translation from munin-node.

I added several things:

Config option to use worker name instead of node name in graphite
Config option to prepend worker/node name to graph legend
If some munin-node refused our connection, munin2graphite stopped working. That's fixed
Make a new executable for doing only 1 round and not looping, so I could run from cron and in case some loop failed or got stuck, graphite will keep getting data

Thanks!, I am working on the merge, cause there were several things changed now. I added a comment on the commits I doubt to merge.
