Versionchecks for Modules #9

Check the Versions of every module in the etc/modules dir.

We basically want a list like firegento-debug does. But simpler like Name => Version. For the future we maybe implement a check against firegento´s composer repository (which will of course only work for supported modules/identifiers which are in the composer repo)

Too hard to have Magento-Connect answering version-questions ;)

Oh yes, this is great. Firegento repo knows all the versions, perfect! Problem solved.
